Freak Accident is a horror survival game inspired by thriller and suspense films. It is about taking the player on an emotional experience of vulnerability, loneliness, suspense, tension and horror. My aim is to give the player a real experience that is a synthesis of cinema and gaming. The story unfolds through player interaction with the game environment and the characters. It is a dark adventure story with consequences based on the player’s choices. It’s up to the player on how the story ends. Be the hero and save the girl or just save yourself. Show mercy to a psychopath or take your revenge. Play it your way – run to your escape or uncover the mystery behind the family that lived in the farmhouse on that lonesome highway.
