This is a single player experience for all terminator fans using the unreal engine III by Epic Games. set in the year 2029 you are placed in the boots a of soldier serving for humankind against the ruthless army of machines. The final campaign will feature nine chapters of a roller coaster ride, inspired by James Cameron's masterpiece franchise.
Confront the many killing machines at skynet's disposal including the HK aerial, the HK tank, the mini HK, and the legendary T800 with an arsenal of futuristic plasma weapons.
The terminator equivalent of the BFG-9000 anything caught in the blast radius will age 1 million years in just 0.05 seconds turning a t800 into dust when hit. The weapon will offer cool lighting effects as well.
But wouldn't that put it in a state of increased passage of time and allow it to just target the relatively slow moving humans and just gun them down? (And cue the Temporal Mechanics debate!)
That's deep... very thoughtful. Very good point, my man. However, the T800's powercells only last 120 years, a tiny fraction of that one million years. I doubt the Terminator would be able to respond in time before it shut's down. Of course, if electrical signals also were accelerated in the time lapse, (wich undoubtedly they would), the T800 would have the time. Oh, wait, the Terminator still feels 100 percent in the accelerated time, so that 1 million years will likely feel like 1 million years, leaving my entire argument collapsed on the ground in a fetal position. Oh well, I tried.
Holy smokes that is awesome.
Hu, would love to see this ingame.
Neat! But just a thought: If this is such a futuristic weapon, why does it still have iron sights?
Awesome drawing skills!
those are not iron sights. they are little electric conductor things. I know, I shudda drawn lightning coming out of them. the targeting is through the LCD screen.
Then this is awesome! real cool idea to use something like an electric arc :D
Sick!
Hail to the Chief! It's a real beauty ;)
Just a question; how the rate of fire is gonna work, i mean, a single big ball of energy per time, or like in Quake 3 where you can fire smaller energy shots at a faster rate?
I'm not going to give away too much at this time. but I will say that it's going to have an alt-fire, and the weapon is going to be extremely destructive, as well as fun.
Thanks for the answer!
Not to be confused with a phased plasma rifle in the 40-watt range! XD
Very nice!
Nice gun! BFG of some sort? Oh... don't worry, your secret is safe with me! =P btw nice perspective! Keep it up, looking forward to the 3D model.
Nice one!
Btw if it ages anything in its blast radius by million years what about scenery will that turn to dust as well lol.
I want to offer much destructibility in the environments with this weapon. but there will still be limitations.
