It is assumed that almost any player's actions will affect the whole world. Now there will be random encounters, and from them will be only seeming similarities, as in fact it will be a simulation of movement/life NPC. Take a few examples:
A company has decided to go hunt for the death claws at a specific location. Variant of at least 2: after killing of several death claws, they are greeted by a large herd/flock or vice versa have killed them too much in the coming month, 2 or 3 of them here will not appear at all.
And that would very much like to implement, so it's real! Caravans! Who would actually go on a certain route, and the player could not only employed to guard his safety, but wait for him standing on the location to grab them, again this will incur by appropriate consequences.
If the players are, traveling on the global map, bump up against other players and NPC, NPC themselves why can not bump into you? Borders are erased more and more ...
But! Initially limited to the whole world one city - Broken Hills will consist of one huge location that includes the near wild zone, ie without switching maps and output on the global map. See the list of professions! Let's see how the players themselves will be able to develop the city, but otherwise they do not get on! And even after the discovery of a global map, access will be only to the nearest town, most of the latter will open the Brotherhood of Steel and the Enclave.
Movement on the global map will be severely limited, so you have to come together with the conductors, or to hire them. Oh yeah! Without the right knowledge a player can not make even a car ... Again, the choice will be a player who will ask / hire - another player or NPC, it will be a minimum of competition.
With Multiwindow will fight the most brutal methods.
Multichars not too welcome, it is much more fun to interact with other players and the world, rather than making a clan of one person.
We have ideas how to stop/limit these two points, but unfortunately I can not write about them, I hope you understand why.
Project is international.
