Allows you to convince Mr. House to surrender to the NCR.
This mod allows you to convince Mr. House surrender to the NCR in For The Republic Part 2. When Colonel Moore asks you to take out Mr. House you will be able to convince him to join the NCR with a speech check of 80. Once you return to Colonel Moore all of Mr. House's remaining quests will fail and he will no longer talk to you.
Additionally the NPCs will now properly comment on Mr. House giving in to the NCR.
Note that Colonel Moore and Mr. House will have silent dialogue for the time being.

A. For now the mod will not have voiced dialogue. I will look into adding voices in the future.
Q. Why is Victor standing outside the Lucky 38 when all the other Securitrons were disabled?
A. An intentional choice. Mr. House's note said the Securitrons would be relocated to the interior and grounds of the Lucky 38. Thus Victor is on the "grounds" of the building.
