There is no visual nudity, but the player can hire a prostitute. Sort of, there is nothing to see but I think there maybe some sound. As well there are heavy themes of desperation and a ton of violence. It is though a very good game with awesome story, and by awesome I mean its deep like a book.
If you say, happen to be trying to convince your parents to let you play you can get them to PM me here. I'm not going to lie to them about anything since it is healthy that they would be taking an interest in your well being.

Fallout 3 works perfect on windows 7, don't worry
It runs on Vista 64bit (my PC basically) PERFECTLY, full settings, no problems even with some little extra mods.
So i don't see why it shouldn't work !

There have been some known issues with it. for some reason Windows 7 doesn't seem to like Fallout 3 very much. And Bethesda refuses to make patches to help FO3 and W7 work together. If you have some issues I recommend going to this link on Bethesda's gaming forum
