well it isn't a bad job but....
but fallout 3 graphics are superb and you could do lots of other things than a reskin >.<

Well... Not really. Because as it's such a big world the textures need to be a lower res. I think the original was 256 x 256 (Which you can see from the right screen).
And to be honest I can't do more than a simple reskin.
