Doesn't work. Fallout 2 GOG, Vista. Selected the right folder, hit open, no effect.
you should set your path like this
D:\GOG Games\Fallout 2
not a game save folder i repeat not a save game folder just fallout 2 folder

I only got the editor to work once. When I try to go back and edit the character again it does not list the saved gems in the window. What am I doing wrong?
Same thing happened to me. It won't detect the save files.

How do I open the editor? Once I press save and install it just doesnt work. And when I search for it on my PC it doesnt appear.
does nto work with steam version :C but be something they did to it... wish soemone was still workign with this.
You have to point to your fallout 2 folder, not your save folder.

great mod, very useful in beginning of game as a sort of "head-start" can you add status changes? like poisoned, radiation,addicted or crippled limbs? that would be very useful.
Crippled limbs and eye injury are there, though radiation and poisoning seem to be missing.
My character was poisoned ingame, but nothing showed up in the editor.

This won't work with Fallout 2 + Project Restoration/High Resolution Patch, will it? Also, I'm using the Steam version, so... yeah, pretty much f---ed in the a--.

I have used this but its gone bonkers, when I edited stats it applied them but then ended up making some skills randomise between like -50 to -15 for no discernible reason, and then when I try to open up edited save games it wont open them up and keeps blinking saying that the save is in combat when it is not.
What gives?

Great, super easy to use MOD. Just Remember what everyone else is pointing out. Open Fallout 2 as an entire folder, not a specific save.

I remembered playing this way back, Its one of my favorite games. I remembered taking a lot of radx and my char went imbecile lmao, cant speak straight with npc. Those were the days.
