Evilot is a puzzle defense game where you play as Count Dolfus, a retired evil mastermind that’s forced to interrupt his Golden Years to keep ambitious heroes and adventurers from stealing back his hard earned treasure. Prepare your defenses carefully; you wouldn't want all that evildoing to be for nothing. Features include: - Unique puzzle defense mechanics and level-up system - 50 levels, across 5 territories - 15 playable defender units and 5 special summons. Evilot goes beyond simple defense mechanics with the addition of puzzle elements, namely a grid based level-up system for units that adds an entire new level of gameplay. For example, if you place 3 units in a row or column, those units are combined into one single, more powerful unit. These mechanics diminish the need to collect resources, instead rewarding strategic planning and effective defensive positioning.Keep units tightly packed for more powerful upgrades and combos,or spread them out for a wider defensive line.

Looks like a watered down version of Plants vs Zombies to me. Found a You Tube video introducing the game, only saw three defence units. Would be nice to see a much larger selection. Only thing I saw that could be construed as new was the level up system, which basically replaced the sunflower system in PvsZ.
May still buy the game a sI loved PvsZ. :)
Actually there were four defence units in the video. You should post a video demonstrating some of the ones you show in the image above. I loved Plants vs Zombies; probably one of my favorite indie games of the last several years (apart from Gish, World of Goo and Terraria). Would like to see a little more variety in the attackers and maybe some cut scenes intoducing 'specials' . :)
Still well done on this take.
