ETHER VAPOR Remaster is a cinematic 3D arcade shooter and visual treat from developer Edelweiss. Explosions, lasers, ships and backgrounds are breathtakingly rendered. The dynamic camera uses vertical, horizontal and cinematic chase cam views to switch up the action and highlight the drama. Use multi-lock-on to shoot tens of missiles at a time and even blow up an entire battleship in the challenging Bonus Zones.

Nice shmup with 3D effects.
Bought this game during the last steam sale a couple weeks ago love it.
Wish it came with a desura key too though so I can play it when steam goes offline xD
so now , i will FINALLY be able to understand what they saying to each other :3
i played the original never actually beat it though so ill be getting this specially now with enhanced visuals! one of my fave shmups and the soundtrack is one of my faves too. a must have!
I can't wait for this. But dang it, I have to D:
And here we see one of the biggest and most popular titles in the doujin shmup industry. Everyone should grab this! I'm actually surprised this game was not localized before Nyu Media got their hands on it, all the better for them though!
More Shmup's on Desura please :D
Second third and fourth that.
Maybe get a Big indie shmup bundle going? xD
Neat, reminds me of a lot of games.

Meanwhile this certainly is great and any fans of the above mentioned games will totally like this, I'm not as much into scripted on-rails gameplay.
I like the designs, style and aesthetics of this title (based on the trailer), but what I'm longing for is a more persistent open-world experience and freedom to have full control of that fighter jet and its capabilities in a completely 3d environment. Make that happen and you'll have a huge success on your hands.
Sounds like you want a Star Fighter (old 3DO and Seag Saturn game) remake but with a bigger open world.
More of a sim style than a shmup but I'd love to see the two mixed together well like that personally.
