Third world countries are getting uncontrolled mutations of existing viruses which are spreading very fast. One day. One case. The city of Clotho in is under new quarantine. The decease and wars wiping humanity out quite fast. Few states survived, but... Not for a long time. VIktor. A migrant from CIS country. The only one who survived... Is returning there. To safe humanity using a new time glove, and to understand who is he. Is he doing it to prove his relatives and friends he worth something or to make this world a little bit better?
