Looks very very interesting.
Is a GNU/Linux version of the game planned?

Try this:
Appdb.winehq.org
Makes Linux spiffy , just like windows, but without the BSOD! (replaced with black Kernal panic screens)

Why use Wine when you can ask for a native GNU/Linux version?

It is not, they are both great games of different genras.

one is a turned base game, and the other is a First person game.

I suggest getting both.

This game if you like Turned base games more, and M&B if you like first person games more.

This game is like a high-tech game of chess. The other is like quake on horseback.
Buy Mount and Blade Warband bye the way, the other games are discontinued abortions.

This game is really fun! lots of thinking, and stratigy. No "twitch"reactions needed. :)
