A while ago we featured a few videos of our lead artist drawing the Office level for final Boss 'Kane', well Chris has made a few more videos of his process and we thought you should see them.
A little background. One of the things that became obvious to the team while we were presenting Eight Dragons to the hundreds of players we had visit us at the Insomnia Gaming Festival (i64) is that while the 'older' players, who had been through the arcades in the 80s and 90s or who had owned the old 8 and 16 but systems, could quickly get to grips with the controls and format of Eight Dragons, the younger players just weren't familiar with the controls and concepts involved with side-scrolling beat-'em-up games. We decided there an then that what we needed was a tutorial level.

After some thought about it, it was decided that the combat tutorial, as with most other combat training should take place in a dojo, so Chris set about drawing one. These are the videos of his progress so far!
