while I don't care about the moral implications of pirating games/software (i do it all the time...) I do care about it in the context of the modding community. heres why you should too: Bethesda (and now Microsoft) are very protective of their IPs and when they see assets and code being handed out in mods they start to associate mods with piracy and start shutting down mods. a quick google will show you a few doom mods that have been C&D'd over distributing Iwads/sprites. we have freedoom that can be distributed with mods, leave it up to the general public to pirate the original wads outside of the modding community if they choose to.
Whether or not the iwad is included, Bethesda and Microsoft will act like modding is worse than evil incarnate. The truth is, is that it doesn't matter what the community says or does, because to these companies the community doesn't matter, only the money matters. They treat their IPs like trash and they treat the community like trash because they can. The only issue they have with modding is that it doesn't directly funnel money into their pockets.

Huge Monsters mostly get stuck in almost everywhere and crouch won't work (Cyberdemon , Mastermind , Juggernaut , ...)

Isn't distributing the official Doom 2 IWAD against the rules or something? Other modders use Freedoom when distributing their mods, not the official IWADs. The IWAD should be changed to freedoom2 or no IWAD at all.

type chasecam into the console or bind it to a key by typing "bind KEYNAME chasecam" replacing KEYNAME with the name of the key you want to use
In Zdoom or Gzdoom you can type "chase" in console key

I translated the Italian text file to this to see what it was trying to say. It said
"This is still a mega-alpha, which means it is still incomplete and some things need to be fixed. I hope you will have fun and that you may like it.
To start:
- if you have Windows 64 extract 'GZDoom x64', otherwise 'GZDoom x86';
- once extracted, drag the Doom2.wad file over to GZDoom.exe. This will allow you to play Doom 2;
-finally drag the Empathy 1.5.1 file over to GZDoom.exe, and select on which Doom to start it (obviously only Doom 2 in this case)

Aside from the illegal iwad, this looks interesting

good mod, 7/10, 9/10 with infiniteammo, monsters get stuck too often. otherwise, great mod! although, you should deal with that iwad soon if you haven't already. wouldn't want the big boys on you. use freedoomphase2.wad, it's a free alternative.
