Looking to put Doom II stuff into Doom / Ultimate DooM wads? This mod randomly implements DooM II monsters and DooM II items into Doom / Ultimate DooM. This does NOT increase the monster/item count, it merely replaces existing ones at a fair probability. Works with Single Player and Co-op only.

Purpose:

This mod randomly implements DooM 2 monsters and DooM 2 items into Doom / Ultimate DooM
at an approx 25-30% probability rate.
NOTE!! This mod does NOT increase the monster count, it merely replaces
some of the existing DooM monsters already found in the map (at a 25-30%
probability rate). Same with the items.
ALSO NOTE: This mod also carries the Supershotgun!
FINALLY: This Mod may or may not work on a DooM PWAD that has already replaced the original DooM weapons/monsters
with new weapon/monster mods.
For example, if the DooM PWAD was originally designed to carry weapons/monsters that
have already been graphically modified by the author, then the Supershotgun may
or may NOT be available.

How it works:
===============
This Mod works at an approx 25-30% probability rate - and this percentage is on purpose. I've tried
and tested various percentages from trial and error and 25-30% seems to work best.

FOR EXAMPLE:
25-30% of the time, it MAY replace:
- Imp with Heavy Weapon Dude (Chaingunner)
- Demon with Chaingunner, Aracnatron, Hell Knight, Revenant
- Cacodemon with Pain Elemental (complete with Lost Souls)
- Baron with Arch Vile (this one is at a 10-15% rate)
Note: Lost Souls (on their own) and all Bosses (Spider Mastermind, CyberDemom and/or Icon of Sin)
are NOT affected.
*** Don't worry, this Mod was NOT designed to have (for example) a DooM Shotgun Guy turn into an Arch Vile,
an Imp turn into a Baron, a Lost Soul turn into a Hell Knight, etc. (You get the idea.)
The existing DooM monsters will turn only into its equivalently powerful or *slightly* powerful
equivalent DooM 2 "partner".

Some DooM Items are affected as well.
For example:
- Regular DooM Shotgun just lying around will, more often than not, be a Supershotgun.
NOTE: This is the only weapon change. ALL other weapons are unaffected.
- DooM Blue spheres (Supercharge) may be DooM 2 White (Mega) Spheres.
*** NOT affected: Computer Area Maps, Invincibility (Green) Spheres, Blue or Green Mega Armors,
the 100% Med Kits (Berserk) and the 1% meds and 1% armor.
Also note that ALL ShotGun Guys will drop regular Shotguns, NOT the Supershotgun.

How To Use:
================
1) Create a new folder on desktop.
2) Place your PWAD/DooM IWAD game into this New Folder.
3) Unzip the "Doom2Stuff" folder.
4) Place all the contents of the Doom2Stuff folder into your New Folder along with your PWAD/DooM IWAD.
5) "SELECT ALL" contents in the New Folder and create a New Compressed (zipped) folder.
*** IMPORTANT: Do not just send the entire file to a compressed folder from your desktop.
It is important to open the New Folder and send the contents of it to a Compressed folder.
6) Rename this new zipped folder whatever the IWad was originally named. I usually add "(with DOOM 2 stuff)"
to the end of it. But do whatever you like.
7) Right click on the new zipped file you just made and named
and open with ZDoom or whatever platform you use.
