Thank you to everybody who put in a vote. I stayed up all night (this is after all a Lunar sort of workshop) and prototyped a special kind of missile that is in fact guided by the camera. This was added to the new revised artillery mode that we've been working on. It's very rough with no graphics or prettiness to be seen, but it works pretty well and is a hell of a lot of fun. I've run it past the team and a couple of playtesters and so far it's been a favorite weapon among the people who used it. With no further ado I bring you a video of the camera-guided missile.

Thats great! I can't wait till the end of this semester, I bought the game and haven't had time to play it much.
Airstrike would have been better...

I'm going to try out the airstrike and the ramming also and see if we can get those working. They're still great ideas. Guess I should have mentioned that in the post. This event was just to see what would come first. :)
