Hey all! Many of us I am sure, have taken to personalizing our desktops into a Deus Ex theme numerous times over the years. Short of the plethora of wallpapers, icons and skins available, I noticed there is a shortage of sound schemes out there. How can you have a Deus Ex desktop theme without Deus Ex sounds? It's just not complete I tell ya. So, I took it upon myself to go through the OST from Original Deus Ex and DX:HR and make small sound snippets specifically for this purpose. Full credit to Alexander Brandon and Michael McCann for their excellent musical mastery. 100% virus free. I edited these for myself to use and figured I shouldn't be stingy. After downloading, simply save/extract the file anywhere you want and go to Control Panel>Personalization>Sounds. Then add the .wav files to whatever sound events you'd like. I named them after suggested windows events, but obviously you can load whatever sounds you want to whatever function you want. Enjoy!

So glad you like it! I really thought it would be a waste of time putting it up for download and that no one would want it, except me of course as I made it for myself :)
Keep an eye out for another sound scheme package coming soon! I've partnered with Syntax_Error to produce a similar package of DX:HR sounds, pulled from the game's sound files. It's taking some time, but it will be just as awesome! Stay tuned :)
