Der Professor - An FPS Indie Game
Hello, my name is Marco Sadowski and i am a young Indie Developer comes from Germany. Today i want to show you my first "great" project "Der Professor". Der Professor is a Indie Project by Marco Sadowski (PatchNoteStudio). A Classic First Person Shooter Game. Get old shooter gameplay experience with a mix of new ideas. Singelplayer, Multiplayer and more. The Game is actually in a Open Beta. Please give us Feedback.
!! At the moment... We only can show you Gameplay of the Multiplayer. There are the first Information that we release about the Singelplayer. Trailers about the Singelplayer will be come later. !!
Singelplayer:The game offers survival and horror elements. But the game is more focused on survival than on horror.
The game world and its characters
A special feature is the mood of the various scenes of the game. While in the beginning everything seems normal comes with increasing duration, distrust, fear and despair among the characters you encounter in the game. This can mean devastating consequences for their own lives. Unlike other shooter you have in Der Professor only one life. An automatic memory function does not exist. You are responsible to store in safe moments so as not to start from new again after a death.

The survival
Der Professor is not a DayZ. You can not starving, you can not die of thirst, you can not bleed to death. You only lose life points by enemies, and by elements in the game world as well as by the case. You gain life when you find items such as food or bandages.
The world
Der Professor is not a complete open-world game, but it simulate this. While the goal always be the same you can freely choice the way. So it seems that the game has an open world, but reality is rather different. But not every way is the same. You can find new things when you go another way. You can find more enemies when you go another way. You find more Items when you go another way. It retains the gameflow like in a linear shooter.
The enemies
Most of the enemies are zombies. But not only. The arms and other fellow human beings (see above) can see you as an Enemy.
Multiplayer
The Multiplayer is a simple Arena FPS with Achievements, a Kill Based Ranking System and Online Leaderboards. We know that not much will play the Multiplayer. So you can have fun if you only play with 1 other player.
The game engine
We use an game engine from 2005 because we want to create not only a game that looks old. We want to use a old basic structure but it is filled with fresh ideas. And we can keep the system requirements low.
We work with Windows 8. So this game should work on Windows XP SP3, Vista, 7 and 8!
Release
This game is actually in a Open Beta. You only can play the Multiplayer right now. The Single Player will be released when its Ready!
With the Completly Money i can:

- - make much Content for this Game,
- - make a Sequel?
