Makes no sense. The eyes are not inside the moth. Try making a view that imitates a shark's vision.

It's tough to nail down precisely (all the sharks we tried to interview just swam away, and a couple actually tried to bite us! )
The closest thing I could use as a reference point is my own vision. I cannot see my teeth, and In most cases I cannot see anything else than what's ahead of me.
True, sharks may not actually see their teeth, but they are *aware* of their mouths and their teeth certainly, just as we are. The only possible way to represent that awareness is by taking an artistic license and representing them on the Heads up display.
Hope you can forgive this shameful inaccuracy!
Nice but lacks of teeth rows (one, two or even three). And the middle teeth are too symmetrical, they should have slightly different shapes. Also agree that they have not their eye in their mouth. Maybe have a switchable point of view?
Echoing the comments above, great mouth model. Maybe you can have it only appear in a context sensitive manner tho, like when there is a target in reach, having your eyes always be inside the mouth might be a little weird.
So the shark looks through its... teeth? :p

Looks ok, even if it's not particularly realistic, except I'm pretty sure there really should be way more teeth there.
Not to mention Natural Selection
Come on guys, if you're bitching how the FOV is placed inside the mouth and if the dev team changed it to resemble a real shark's view, then you'll start to bitch on how you can't bite enemies accurately and constantly missing attacks.
This new vew does have some advantages, like being more aware of where the sharks mouth is, but it also has some disadvantages. From what I can see the divers already have an advantage in that they are armed, so doesn't giving the sharks such a small FOV make it where nobody would want to play as a shark? No offense (I think that the game looks really great no matter what you decide here) but I would defnately not play as a shork with a FOV that small.
Maybe if you kept this point of view but made the mouth and teath smaller so that they don't impare the shark players vision quite so much.
Either way Ya'll are doin really great, keep it up.
