Crayon Chronicles offers a relatively short (2-4 hours per play-through) but action-packed RPG experience that randomly generates the level layouts each time you play. You are encouraged to play through the game more than once thanks to the random nature of the environment layouts, but also because we keep track of the interesting facts about each play-through (in our newfangled "Heroic Hallitorium") so you can compare your adventures to each other as well as to the adventures of your friends. As the story goes, your friends have been kidnapped (tragic, I know), but as it so happens, you are brave enough to attempt their rescue. With help from a "stranger" you are soon set on the path to their salvation from the despicable Lord of the Swampyards, Stratolustrious Von Danderbeak the 37th (or Strato for short, his name is a mouth-full). If you succeed in rescuing your friends and bringing down the Swampyard Tyrant, then glory, satisfaction, and maybe a nap await you.

No full screen option? Goodbye.
The game is not bad (too short maybe) but the pc-controls are bad.(Seriously:for the pc, or you make your character move with arrow keys or you make that the character move to the place you click, not move towards the place you click)(Sorry if confusing)
Will you add a full screen option?

Hahaha, looks fun xD Will give it a try. Too bad it's so short! Reminds me of Kingdom Of Loathing (browser game) for some reason.
I love the game but could you please add the ability to use the numeric keypad to move and attack ?
It would also be good if you could do ranged attacks completely without the mouse, as in you press ranged attack key then it auto targets the nearest enemy; if you press ranged attack again it cycles through all enemies, and escape cancels. Or maybe ranged attack key, then numpad to move cursor.
The numeric pad for move and attack is more important to me though because it's used more often.
I would also like it if you could ranged attack any monster in range rather than being limited to the 8 main directions, but I recognize that that affects the game and is proabably a change you don't want to make.
I think its more of a "strategy" to make it only limited to the squares.
It would still be limited to the squares, but not to the 8 directions, e.g. you get from you to the enemy by going 3 left then take a diagonal down left, then go three left. Bresenham and all that.
Anyway, I recognize that's probably not going to happen; I'm more concerned about the numeric keypad.
No full screen option? It doesn't have to fill the entire screenm just allow it to stretch out to ratio and then use black bars to fill the rest.
