Looks like zpo_subway but you chopped off the restaurant section.
It doesn't resemble any part of ZPO_Subway with the exception of stairs but I agree it resembles it more than it does L4D
You know the ramp that leads upstairs from the broken wall zombie spawn into the restaurant area? Its kind of like that but with a ticket booth in the corner and a gurney in the middle of the room.
