Delivering a visceral WWII gaming experience, Company of Heroes redefines real time strategy gaming by bringing the sacrifice of heroic soldiers, war-ravaged environments, and dynamic battlefields to life. Beginning with the D-Day Invasion of Normandy, players lead squads of Allied soldiers into battle against the German war machine through some of the most pivotal battles of WWII. Description
This map is ment to be played with friends against the computer controlled A.I. Postions 1-4 are favored for players use and postions 5-8 are for the computer. The map yeilds one river running through the middle with the defending side (postions 1-4) showcasing blood filled trenches, towns, and forests. Take note there are a total of eight hidden bunkers on the edge of the forest that make for great deffensive postions. I challenge you to find them all. I'll give you a hint there are four made of concrete and four made of wood. If you capture the church, and you can do this by simply moving into the structure with an infantry unit, you will gain access to build some units that you otherwise would not be able to. If you want to know what they are you will have to download the map and see for yourself :). I will add links in the comments section to help you to get the map to work. Thank you, you should just be able to place the sga file in your ww2 scenerios folder as i hear from a friend who just dowloaded it.
Yeah, just unzip it and place the file here - C:\Users\YourUserNameHere\Documents\my games\company of heroes\ww2\scenarios .... and boom, you can access the map. You'll find it at the very bottom of your map selection tab. Happy hunting!
Have you nerfed the allies on this map? Or the enemy team? i was with 3 easy against 4 expert and my easy comp rushed over to their side and the expert enemy couldn't press back, i had 88s and they were definetly upgraded in some way, they killed everything! My only complaint is that it was too easy, other than that it's a great initiative :)

Thank you for trying it out and your opinons i value both. Who knows i might make one that is a bit more balanced later on.

great map, only one issue I am having, is that when a friend joins the game i have created he gets kicked for having a incompatible version of the map... and its the same for me when i join his game.. any ideas what this could be?

1v4 expert enemies using (NHC Mod) US Armor Company, Wehr Defense Doctrine, and PE Luftwaffe/Tank Destroyer Doctrine is possible....will try Brits Royal Engineer soon (Brits Arty Doctrine kind of tanked)
