As usual, we have a new version version of NHCmod for Christmas with new silly stuff inside : NHCmod v2.700j
For our newest feature, I present you the Haunebu, made by the legendary Halftrack (the author of Immersion-1944, Stalingrad 42, Battle of the Bulge)
The Haunebu can be called from the Maus when it reaches lvl 3 veterancy and there are other secret ways to call them. There are also some suprises if you shoot it down or recover its wrecks...
Unfortunately this year, I have completely given up on making combiners. As you may have notice, we now have someone else, NEDLOWE who is making the submod for the EF combiner. He is free to change the mod and combiner as he wishes.
It was unfortunately not possible to convince Relic to support the mod on Steam this year because they had a lot to do with Company of Heroes 3. We will try again for next year ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
As a small Christmas present, I have given up on hidding my Easter egg units till next Easter. They are hidden for good reasons (unfinished models, too inbalanced, incomplete codes...), however if you still want to find them, I give you here hints for some hidden units in the mod:
First, the AB2531 reward must be off!
Sometime, there is a hidden button or a secret key on the keyboard.
- Evil scientist squad. Play Wehrmacht, upgrade the resource to level 2 and some officer will be able to call them somehow...
- The Royal Marine. Play as british, research all the resource upgrades and use the captain will be able to call them somehow...
- The US marines. Play as US, build the logistic officer upgrade all the resources bonus. Find all the hidden boxes. Not all reward must be activated to unlock them. The officer will be able to call them with the right combination
- Oberst Tarlak. Play as Panzer Elite, research all the upgrades, use the kettenkrad to call him.
- Schreck the third. Plays as Panzer Elite, activate the zombie reward, build the secret lab, from there build the stolen HQ and it is available there. It is not even hidden :p
- The Sturmtiger is callable from a defense building available to all factions
- Zombie Ezelschreck, from the secret lab.
- E-50, E-75, Löwe, E-100, the ezelschreck is hidding them somehow...
The combiners also have other secrets!
In the Star Wars Combiner:
- Empire Elite squads, something is hidden with the sandbags.

What a stupid updater in game... i'm was bored by applying patches
then downloaded all patches by torrent (on official site) and some of them missed (just no needed patch vesion)!
then I'm activated my CoH OF in steam (CoH Retail Beta), downloaded and... no updates trough steam! it says to download patch in game again and after downloading says what my game is not founded..!

Hi people is there any mini-mod that only changes damage value and nothing else? Now I DON'T want some ULTRA realistic mod, just mod that increases default values in damage, accuracy , range by 20-30%? I don't want new units or skins just some values changed. Of course it must work 100% with v2.602.

Well, I dont play coh multiplayer or anything, so that wouldnt be a problem. I've seen mods with original german flags, so I was just wondering how can I get only the flags.

does anyone have any problems installing COH (any one of the 3) on windows 7? i have tried it (using 2 different OF CD's an TOV CD and the normal COH CD) all fail at the same point of install (about 13%) crashes the computer and i have to manualy restart the computer to get it to work again
i've coh on window 7 and all play with no problem.. Are you sure that not dipend by you computer? When you install after game's crash any report come out?
no report comes, out, the speakers play an extremely loud static sound (thing of an horror film type static sound) i am serious there, and nothing responds, keyboard does not respond, mouse dies, and this was back when my computer was brand new (less then a week old) anyways, i managed to work around it by installing it through steam ( just did the activate product by CD key) works fine now
i have problem to immage this kind of problem.. it's very particolar.. try to ask it into the main game forum in the eastern front site.. i don't know something that can help you.. i'm so sorry man :(
