Three factions vie for control of the solar system, the Martian-based Islamic Federation, which possesses a monopoly on all food production, the Corporate Dominion far in the Jovian moons and the Socialist Star Republic, right between them, in the asteroid belt.
After a nuclear weapon is detonated in a Martian colony and the Federation threatens with an embargo on food supplies, mercenaries are hired to investigate the truth of what happened and more importantly, find out who possesses nuclear arsenals.
However, things are not always what they seem to be and this journey will lead them to a better understanding of mankind's role in the universe and a shocking discovery about humanity's true history and ultimate destiny.

This looks amazing! Good luck guys!
Thanks.
So the SSR is basically North Korea in Space.
No. They are, essentially, what happens when you have an army without a country, or civilian population.
So they're Sparta in space; more or less.
More or less. The SSR consists of the US and Russian space fleets (US and Russia were allies in World War 3). When Earth disappeared, all these soldiers were left with one massive fleet and no country to defend, or civilian government to control them. What followed was martial law, which eventually set itself in and you can imagine what followed next.
Can you show in game video yet?
We are working on that right at this very moment! We hope to be in Alpha stage within the next few months.
This is a very interesting concept. Will the game fit more than a genre?
Judging from the description, it appears to have open word, space simulation, strategy and, probably, some rpg features, but I'm not sure.
Yes it will fit more than one genre, and it includes all of what you said and more, we will be revealing more in the coming weeks!
Good. I really hope to see more informations coming up in the next few weeks.
Also, will you set up a website?
Yes, we do intend to set up a website soon, possibly around Christmas.
We hope to have one soon! as soon as we find a stable inflow of resources to sustain a website!
