Mod files downloaded from Web Archive backups and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE. Also there was no Title.gif so Blake added one for fun.

Original Description/Intro:
^During an interstellar journey the space-city "Noos" was attacked
by a pirate squadron, near an unexplored solar sistem which is
provisionally named "Saderkab". The Noos was hit and it is in heavy
difficulties: alimentary production systems are out of use,
the enegy of difensive apparatus is low (so it is losing maser-cannon charges)
and if the pirates hit an EM Unit of the city, the Noos will
heavily damaged by radiations.
^^In order to repair alimentary production, the Noos needs
Robomoles, which yet it has got none; so they decide to send
lander units with part of the crew on a planet of the misterious
solar system, in order that they estabilish a base and build what is necessary
(or if the food production is possible, they must send food trucks).
^^But the urgent problem is how to get rid of the pirates, who
are coming at high speed towards the south-east canal.
^If they win, the city must be evacuated before it's too late, in order
to found a colony on the planet.
