Mod files collected by MetroPolis and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE. Also there was no Title.gif so Blake added one for fun.

Original Description/Intro:
The date is Jan, 1492 AD and America has just been discovered
by the European states. Equipped only with a small fleet of
ships and some hardy pioneers the states of England, France,
Netherlands and Spain set out for the new lands with different
interests. In this strife for power they have to colonize
America, survive against the indians and compete out all other
European states. Who shall ultimately become the leader of
America? Will it ever become the land of the free? Start
colonizing, it's time to build America!
