Campaign Missions gameplay balanced to 1.00.

Changes made to the balance of Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars throughout it's support impacted the way the campaign is played for either better or worse, either way it was not designed for it.
This mod overrides the campaign to provide the balance of the retail version, allowing you to play the missions for the gameplay it was designed around while benefiting from the bug fixes up to 1.09. It also offers the most convenient way to play retail campaign especially for digital versions of the game as they do not include the game data file to run the retail version.
This mod will only affect the campaign missions and will not affect Skirmish, Multiplayer and Custom Maps (they will still be 1.09 gameplay).
Instructions:
Extract and place folder into "Documents\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\Mods" and Launch Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars with the "-ui" parameter
Slight balance changes have been made to the mod from 1.0 to optimize the experience
- Refinery sells for 500 instead of 1000
- Harvesters Normalized
- GDI Harvester speed increased by 50% to match NOD and Scrin
- Nod Harvester collects each crystal slightly faster to compensate for rear harvest
- Scrin Harverster is more maneuverable to match GDI and NOD
- Expansion Units Normalized
- Nod Emissary speed reduced by 50% to match GDI Surveyor
- Scrin Explorer speed reduced by 50% to match GDI Surveyor
- MCV Normalized
- GDI MCV Health increased by 100%
- Nod MCV Speed reduced by 33%, Health reduced by 50%
- Scrin Drone Platform speed reduced by 16%, Health reduced by 20%
- Cranes Normalized
- Nod Crane build radius increased by 50%, Health increased by 50%
- Scrin Foundry build radius increased by 50%
- Commandos can no longer be crushed
- Nod Air Tower repair radius increased to match other structures
- Juggernaught has higher vision range so it can attack units at range
- Devastator Warship has higher vision range so it can attack units at range
