Zero Hour is the C&C game with the best modding capability and it's also easy to learn. It have a lot of nice additions from the classic C&C Generals.

Nice a hidden GLA bio-lab are discovered. China's Black Lotus and the USA's Colonel Burton head to the area to destroy the bio-lab. While Black Lotus captures a GLA outpost, Colonel Burton leads a team of U.S. Army Rangers and destroys the bio-lab. Some time later, the United States learns that a GLA general codenamed "Dr. Thrax" has been developing a more lethal variety of anthrax known as "Anthrax Gamma". The USA manages to cut off Thrax's funds, which were coming from oil fields in Iran. One of the ONLY RTS games that TRULY deserves the 10/10. One of the MUST PLAY GAMES of the century! The replay value of this classic is amazing, the network play is the only issue I've had. (ie: sync errors)
It's good mod however need to be cleaned up for a few bug fixes, adding challenge mode and improving the AI (Especially the Russian forces AI which usually stuck like a sitting duck). Improvement should be made to further enhance the unit camo, power and even the model texture itself. Amazing job but couldn't match to that C&C:Shockwave which released by the modders team earlier. Downloaded the mod, installed it and play. The most regretful thing I ever do on Sunday morning since I couldn't track the time and lost 12 hours of daylight. Thumbs up.
