Its only compatible with a limited number of mods. If the mod that you want to use it with changes most of the .ini files, then it is not.

Hahaha... I just get startled at the fact we're having $999,999 as starting funds...
You can change that in Your documents, Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour and then in Skirmish Styats too.
There you can change the starting cash.
So, that is not so fantastic.
