hey ineedbots, this is macporterjoe/apdonato. nice to see you are doing work in Black Ops.
looking at your code, it seems you allow bots to use the huey (chopper gunner) and the hind (gunship). were you actually able to get bots to use them? or do the killstreaks spawn but bots do not target enemies and fire at their targets? (which was the problem I had when trying to get bots to use these killstreaks)
They only call it in, they cannot fire or aim. Theres no way that i know of to get this to work, Ive tried PressAttackButton and they still do not fire the hind or huey.
i remember years ago when i was attempting this i thought it had to do with the visible range of bots (if a target was close enough, bots would attack them). but that was just a theory, i tried changing the range variables to no avail.
Amazing update. Thanks , it's really fun playing with it in all games modes and maps. Can you add option to put unlimited score in TDM or increase that limit , - to avoid quick games in TDM with 30 bots.

Yes I can do that but a release will have to wait a bit until I can get more changes into the mod. In the meantime you can use the console by setting "scr_tdm_scorelimit 0" to achieve unlimited scorelimit.
is the install process the same as cod 4 where i just drag the mod into the mods folder in the black ops directory
um can we level up and prestige like in the world at war and cod4 versions or has that not been implemented yet

There's two installations you can do, one is the mods folder similar to cod4 and waw, however Treyarch disables ranking up with a mod loaded, so the alternative is to install the patch_mp into the zone folder. You can find everything you need in the readme
I have try to create mods folder in black ops root folder and move file mp_bots to mods folder, but when i open multiplayer, mod menu not appear? You know solution for it?
How do I use this? I am doing the patch_mp/patch_ui_mp replacement to rank up. I went into a private match and no button opened any menu. Was I in the right gamemode?
