This looks amazing! However, it should only be on a mission where it rains since it looks quite weird with that. And is this a Reshade or something similar to that? Or it's a Shader Mod, like the Dynamic Shaders for Shadow of Chernobyl?
Also, I would focus more on lighting if I would be in your place, since currently it quite bloomy (I would remove it personally) and it doesn't look that great. Reflections are truly incredible, but the lighting is off for me. However, even then I wish you luck!
