You'll battle cultists, gargoyles, zombies, hellhounds, and an unholy host of other terrors in your quest to stop Tchernobog. You must not only defeat the Cabal--you must scour its dread name from human memory. If that means eradicating everyone and everything the Cabal has ever tainted, so be it. Of course, you'll first have to make your way through fortresses, castles, mines, mansions, and estates guarded and kept by Tchernobog's malevolent servants. Fortunately, it is wits that make the hero, and although you're in serious danger of losing yours, you've got enough left to improvise some pretty effective tools of destruction. Aerosol hairspray can be frightening enough on its own, but apply it to a lighter flame and you've got an instant flamethrower (kids, don't try this at home!). Likewise, a flare gun can brighten your prospects considerably against even the grimmest odds, which is to say nothing for shotguns, Tommy guns, and dynamite. Who knows,...

Blood (1997) is Masterpiece and the Best Game ever
Golden game. Had that Monolith feel...that certain supernatural glue...
The weapons and inventory were creative and fun and the Easter eggs were a blast to find. Loved the humour and Caleb's wise-cracks.
It was fun to blow things up, including the walls.
Levels were all unique, there wasn't much repetition.
First Person Shooters in the late 1990's were trying to be unique and original, The Big 5 of the time that paved the way for Modern FPS games were
Duke Nukem 3D, DooM, Shadow Warrior, Half-Life, and Blood.
In Blood, You play as Caleb, A western gunslinger turned cultsman who is betrayed, this leads him to revenge against the entire cult and it's proposed god:Technoborg.
Unlike other FPS games that came out during the 1990's, Blood is known for it's haunting maps and extreme violence. As well as It's "Bloodbath" multiplayer modes and it's weapons.
Blood has 4 Blood-Chilling episodes (plus two with the Plasma Pack and Cryptic Passage Addons)... Blood also has a devoute following on the internet due to it's gruesome violence and blood soaked multiplayer.
Even better than Duke Nukem 3D and Shadow Warrior...
If you're a fan of Doom, Duke Nukem 3D, Hexen, Heretic - be sure you play this gem.
Blood is one of the games than many with a PC remember.
+ Is fun to play.
+ Is full of references of Terror Movies Slashers from 80/90s (my favourites).
+ The voice of Caleb is remarkable.
+ The atmosphere is great.
- Is HARD!!!.
I recommend type: "SPORK" when you die (press T) to get other chance to fight.
The best of the big three Build games. IF you enjoy Duke Nukem 3D, Shadow Warrior, Doom, or any other classic FPS, you need to give Blood a try. One of my favorite classic first person shooters at the moment.
