Blood: Dead on Arrival Reborn...sort of
After four months since the latest update (v1.5b), I'm happy to announce that development on version v1.6 has started a while ago and is well underway. Initially, I was thinking about leaving v1.5b as the final version of the mod, but with the recent release of Blood: Fresh Supply I noticed there was an increase in Blood's popularity as well as Blood fan games, and I felt that Dead on Arrival should be part of this resurgency so there'll be a couple of new updates coming. I also decided to create a page on Patreon as a means to allow people to support and be part of the development of this mod and my next Blood mod (oops, did I spoil something?). Needless to say, all contributions are welcome and will be fairly rewarded thanks to Patreon.
v1.6 will improve upon previous versions by adding new visual features, improving the game's performance on GZDoom's software mode (removing the requirement of playing in hardware mode), adding Zandronum 3.0 compatibility, enhancing level design and gameplay, amongst other things. I'll be uploading short videos showcasing progress to my YouTube channel, here's a few:
