Nightdive Studios has announced the release of Blood: Fresh Supply, a modernised re-release of Monolith’s 1997 classic first-person horror-shooter. This re-release includes support for modern operating systems and video resolutions, gamepad control support, new multiplayer netcode and split-screen mode, true 3D mouselook, as well as all of the the original game’s expansions included.
Most exciting is fact that mod support in this re-release is still present – to the point where all of the original game’s mods are still supported and playable within Fresh Supply. This means that the hard work of the Blood modding community, including all of its custom singleplayer levels, can be experienced anew, and to that end, we’ve rounded up some of the best Blood mods that you should dive into right now.
Caleb will need to muster all his strength to take down the mighty Tchernobog, who has managed to free himself from the grip of death. Death Wish is a new campaign for Blood with over 30 new levels, cut scenes, and more. All levels have been modified for Co-op play. The entire mod was developed by a single mapper, ensuring consistency and quality.
This mod allows to install 24 new weapons for Blood. The weapons were created by using QAV animation, so this means they have changed characteristics and/or balance.
An episode of 9 maps created between December 2008 and December 2012. Suitable for singleplayer and two players in co-operative.
BAITD is a pure experimental mod that shows to players new ways to mod the game and dedicated to original Alone In The Dark game seriesIt expands gameplay and pushes the limits of Build Engine. It was first mod with new voxel models, weapons, non-linearity and monster experiments.
Rage Against The Machine, RATM or simply ‘Rage’, is a combined effort by select members of the Blood community to create a Blood campaign worthy of remembrance and worthy of honouring, and hopefully complementing, the Blood title and its legacy. Rage’s objective is to expand on the Blood universe, adding a little innovation where necessary, while not compromising the spirit of the original title’s unbeatable action, breathtaking atmosphere and overwhelming fun factor.

Who else loved this game back in the day? I think it was my favorite Build engine game.
I have an insane amount of memories for that one. I also remember how taboo it was to play it, at least where I am from (southern most germany). Also, first Episode, best episode.
I mastered this game when I was a kid. I hope one of these days we get to see a new modern installment of Blood like Shadow Warrior did.
I was a toddler when I saw my uncle play it. It left its mark. More than doom even.
edit: so when my ma intervened I gave her forty whacks.
When paw saw what I done, I gave him forty-one
Great list!
Awesome!!!!!!
I try texture pack + voxel pack and nothing to load?
Blood: Fresh Supply is having problems in general because that version of Blood was for the sole purpose of being a "cash grab" and presents many bugs and errors.
🤗on my wishlist best game of all time 🤗
Good list of awesome addons!
At this current time I'd rather use BloodGDX as it is much more accurate to the original game. FS doesn't use anything from the original source code and it was rebuilt within a new engine while using old resources.
Most of the issues in the game that have been brought to the devs attention are already fixed, or being fixed in the public beta build. They're really working to make sure it is accurate.
I just bought Fresh Supply last week and here it is, December and the worst glitches are still present. What a load of crap, the GDXBuild guy cares more and he gets nothing but donations. Do not buy Fresh Supply!

About to play this game for the first time after hearing nothing but praise. I look forward to trying these out after finishing the official content.
cool
Warning! Most of these won't work propertly with Fresh Supply!
false publicity from moddb then
Fresh Supply is a terrible, broken port. I don't think anyone singing its praises has actually played it, I don't think Nightdive actually played it nor anyone at GOG or Steam, or Gmanlives on youtube. But it is broken, ****** up and a piece of ****.
No it isn't. Most of the issues that Civvie brought up in his YT video are already fixed, or will be once they're moved out of the public beta build. The Port is overall quite good.
Well, the idea of making it a "64bit only" game it´s a terribly stupid decision for a game like this. I keep playing with the mighty BloodGDX instead. Fresh Supply, at least for me, arrived just too late and not in the correct way.
I've manged to get all these mods working, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to install the Alone in the Dark mod in Fresh Supply.
How did you install the weapons mod?
I actually haven't installed that one yet either.
Jace Hall one of the original team members for Blood had the source code, he should've been the one to bring back the game but Atari was asking for too much money for the rights to using it.
Atari doesn't have rights to the source code, Warner Bros does.
What has that got to do with what I am saying? I'm saying that Jace Hall would've been a better choice to work on the re-release regardless of who has the rights currently since he was the original project lead and understands the game better.
Jace may have the source code, but Warner Bros owns the IP and the source. Atari only owns publishing rights. Presumbly Jace wanted to do something with Blood, but something stopped him, maybe it was Atari, maybe something else. We'll never know. Anyway, at this point it doesn't matter, the game has been reverse engineered by two different people which spawned highly accurate ports like BloodGDX or NBlood.
Hey guys can anyone give me some advice on how to get these mods running? I have dosbox but I really don't have a clue how to start it.

Blood: Fresh Supply it's not worth it.
still the best shooter ive played. the colors, sounds 👌. Eye candy & awesomeness for the Blood enthusiast of all ages and genders. 10/10
Wait, isn't the more weapons mod on here only compatible with DOSBox?
