so i have to keep installing the game everytime i turn my computer off.anyone know a fix for this?
Try downloading Revo Uninstaller and fully uninstalling the game/Desura with it. Make sure you check the option to remove all left over registry entries and files. Then download CCleaner and run the Registry cleanup tool. Reboot and reinstall the game. See if this helps.
I would also suggest installing the stand-alone version instead of installing through the Desura client.
NOTE: Revo Uninstaller may remove your saved games. Make sure you sync them to DropBox before uninstalling.

No, really. I hate that... Every single time, I think: Oh, maybe they finally updated the Mac-Version!, and I see, that there's still the 5.6.2, I don't know what to say... I mean, I really love the game, because it's simply awesome, but there are still the same features as 3 or 4 months ago... When I saw Version 8, I really was happy, because there are some new GUI textures, and I really like the new Design. But no, another time, there isn't the update for Mac Users. I don't want to buy a new Windows Computer, because I just recieved a new iMac.
Man, is it really so hard to just upload the new Versions for Mac and Windows at the same time? They payed for the game, too. I make Let's Plays, and my Subscribers really love to see the game, because ther are more Views and more likes. But they want to see new things. Another Problem was, that they didn't like the design of the GUI that much... Why don't you just update the Mac Version? Is there a problem with doing that? I would be so happy, if you just upload the new Version... Thanks.
