Black Talons is a real time tactics game set in the future, where the player leads a company of mercenaries stuck in a war torn star system. The player leads his forces from a battlecruiser where new troops and mechs can be recruited, trained and customized. As the commander of the company, the player must decide which missions to take, and carefully manage his reputation amongst all the existing factions.
As the armies of the Uverian warlords fell to Colonel Santos, their remaining army units scattered throughout the wastelands outside the capital city.
In the months that followed, the surviving soldiers eventually reorganized under the leadership of General Jonas Zanix, who united the resistance in guerrilla attacks against Santos’ occupying army.
The resistance fighters of the Uver Liberation Army are experts at infiltration and sabotage.
