We are super happy to announce that finally we have a proper, self-contained, native Windows installer. We are a bit nostalgic about desktop gaming as online and mobile games are really kind of taking over. We are aware that very few of our fans play via the desktop application, but are willing to support it just because that and because we care :)
Battlegrounds of Eldhelm is now hardware accelerated on all platforms!
We are happy to finally introduce the polished and shiny version 3 of Battlegrounds of Eldhelm!
Get ready for another week of fantastic Indie releases right here on Desura!

Whoa, I don't know where people get that this is pay to win. It totally isn't. This game has a pretty fantastic concept as far as how the cards are played out, and I am enjoying that I can play on my Android device as well as on my desktop!
Thank you very much for your support here! :)
We, really appreciate it!
You are most welcome! This game is still challenging - I am so glad for this! :D
Since this game is F2P, what exactly do we get from the bundlebandits bundle - the $3.99 package sold on Desura?
You are getting a starter puck which is a pretty good deal compared to the prices of the regular credit packets inside the game.
I was wondering exactly the same, and can't find this info anywhere.
Sorry, for my late response, please refer above!
Hi to all!
My name is Kaloyan Zlatkov and I'm on of the developers of the game. I want to post very interesting information in response to all those of you, who claim that the game is "pay to win". In our current ranking list, from the top 10 users:
1 user has paid $102
1 user has 2 heroes in top 10 and he has paid $2
7 users have never paid a cent!
So, obviously the most winning players in our game are non-payers and obviously this is NOT a pay to win game. So before giving low rates and hateful reviews with wrong claims, give a shot at the game. It is quite complex and strategic and I expect that most of you just won't like its complexity, which is totally ok. But just because you don't have time/wish to give it a try doesn't mean that you already have figured it's "pay to win" status out.
So sick of PTW... Stick to the phones...
