Awake is a first person game with elements of survival and adventure. Our main enemy is the weather. The outside world when at the time of a game is highly catastrophic and dangerous.
In the year 2056, Cadee, a 21 year old woman that led a normal life of a courier got her next ordinary job order, she was flying with her co-worker Greg, they had a terrible plane crash and Cadee was the only survivor. Since it was impossible to heal her injuries, the doctors decided to hibernate her in a cryogenic process.
Cadee wakes up in an emergency mode, her injuries healed, she gets out of the lab only to find cities ruined, abandoned by people.
The world, destroyed due to the collapse of global weather in 2060. The survivors, are living in a super huge cities, managed by military. Cadee wakes up in this world in the 2119. She is trying to find people and survive the catastrophic weather conditions. Cadee will meet many people along her journey, most who refuse to submit to the new world order organized by the military; not everyone will be friendly.

I like the concept, it sounds really interesting. I played Cryostasis a while back and I liked the influence the cold had on the character.
Wish I could help you, but I just downloaded the SDK for Cryengine 3 and I've never used it before, so I'm slightly better than useless in that area.
First update with new content in september.
My tornado render is going to be in the trailer im also working on character designs models soundtracks ect. should be pretty tight when it comes together

Ermmm.... Cryengine 3 SDK isn't released yet, how are you actually making a game on it? O.o OR How did you aquire this engine if you really have it...
We are now doing some tests and basic things on CryEngine 2 so when CE3 will be realesed (in august I believe) we can make the progress faster.
