Guys, I'm addicted in classic predator, so I Decided to make a mod That Actually remember the classic predator. then for you to. I'm looking for a predator mod sound with providing the soundtrack and everything, so if someone has put a link thanks. to install just extract the file and copy the files predatorheartvisioncold.en predatorvision9.en to the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common \ Aliens vs. Predator\Misc. Open the file common.lst with notepad and write misc\predatorvision9.en and misc\predatorheartvisioncold.en save.

this looks good mate, imma try it later cos'now I'm trying to get the classic predator vision loop sound and the whip shoulder cannon (the shhh-boom) sound also needed for the classic pred. Cheers

I can make a mod to replace the default plasma caster sound with the one from AvP2 (the game), which is also the one from "Predator", just in a better quality (I have other sounds as well, including the proper heartbeat etc.). I'd be happy to help, but I won't bother unless people want it, let me know. ;)

I am sorry mate but the classic predator cannon sound is not the one found in AvP2 the game. the one in the game is just a mock-up or a remake and is already on this site
I know it's not the exact sound from the movie, but I think it's more than close enough and besides, had I used a recorded version from the movie, the quality would have been bad and there would be background noises as well, but I appreciate your input none the less ;)
I just finished Recording A full HD cannon WAV from the classic movie (but had to tinker and remix to remove surplus sound) also the heartbeat from the classic movie in stereo (switches from left to right), and I asked MOONER to convert them for me and we both have the mod. If you ask him, I'm sure he'll post it here. Adding other sounds or vision modes found on this site you will be able to save a full Classic MOD just like i did :)

Thank you! Felt nostalgic and got to reinstalling this awesome game. And i remembered there were a few epic mods for it - this is one of them. Predator vision just like in the Predator movie <3

Hey y'all, did anyone ever make a full-classic mod for the Predator?
Sounds, (Plasma Caster, Heartbeat) vision mode, music, etc.
Been trying out this game again all these years later, and I'm looking to mod the heck out of it this time around.
Oh yeah, does anyone also know of a mod that edits the Energy for the Predator?
Sometimes I just like to blast everything in sight with the Plasma Caster, or sneak by with Cloak, and it'd be cool if I just had the option to use unlimited energy.
