Woo. This was a long week. But we finally got the game running at the same quality as version 1.32.065. It took me and Incin quite a wile to find all the bugs and changes made to the game. I just finished my part just now. At 2:08am. lol. But we finally got the game running the same as it was before.
A huge change like I said above. We moved over to the physics engine. Getting everything to work correctly with physics was not easy though let me tell ya. It was a major pita. lol.
Another thing that had to be done because the AKCar type was no longer working correct. I moved all the vehicles over to Ivan's car type. It took a little bit of getting used to. Trying to figure out how to do the physics. But I got all our cars running with his vehicle code.
One major thing I noticed Mr Ivan. You did not add anywhere to put vehicle sounds in your code. I even check 3.2 and it does not have it either. Ya need to add sounds to them. :) Though we will probably add our own soon too.
What else? I had a hell of a time with the Helicopters and Airplanes. But the problem was the rotors. And as I said above Had to turn off Auto Center of mass. After I did that everything started working correctly. I will know for next time though.
Next week I plan on adding player hands to the Player Character. And hopfully I can get Incin to add jump jets to the PC as well. We will have to see. :)
I will do another video soon Showcasing the changes made in 2.1.075.. Esp after I get the hands in, along with player jump jets. I also hope to get skiing in soon too. I know that will be allot of fun. We also are talking about Grappling Hook Code as well. Which will be a major treat if we can get it implimented. Imagine skiing with a Grappling hook, Connect to a car. And ski onto the battlefield. Or grapple on to the bottom of a Helicopter. And hitch a ride. This will be completely fun as hell.
We also plan on getting MP back up and running. Hopefully by the time we get the game to 3.2..
Also like I said in the past I will have a huge announcement. But I am waiting for some one to finish something. Lets just say if all goes as planned AK is going to change forever. But in a good way. And will have the biggest uni---- Er nm can't let it slip hehe.
Anyway I will keep yall up to date on the progress as I can. The game is really coming together nicely.

This sounds pretty big, I cant wait to see the vid of the game in the updated engine. Looks like it should be easy to "feel".

Damn, That looks great! Im pretty excited for this now! One recommendation though is to try and find some better capture software, the best ive ever used is "Action!" but its pay for, definitely worth it though!
Well when we get ready for testing multiplayer. If you want to try the game. I can PM ya. I think you will like it. It's really fun to play. I hope to have MP back up and running again in 2 months hopefully. If all goes as planned.
