Hopefully there will be things that expand upon underwater (ie. submarines, ambient fishes, sharks)

Why do you people always have to bring up that game!?! It's driving me nuts! You know what this reminds me of? A scuba diver with a submarine over his head, absolutely nothing about that game! Scuba=MW2??? Are you crazy or something!?!?
Maybe they are adding full-scale naval warfare? I doubt it but we can always hope :)
