Hey Sniperz227 here,
Here's a pair of hands modeled by my 3d modelling mentor Sarge127, the poly count is a little high but I guess if it's for the PC it shouldn't be much of a problem, after I optimized it and brought it down from 13 k to 4.9k

It's quite good. I'm only somewhat concerned about the bump in the middle of the fingers. I see what you are going for with those but it doesn't look quite right. Make sure to sculpt in some wrinkles and such and take advantage of a bump map on a lower poly.
yea I noticed that too I guess when the fingers are going to bend the wont show as much, you read my mind! I'm currently trying to bake a normal map for a higher poly one and add it to the low poly version. Thanks Duke!
You got that right, i kinda rushed myself. :P Maybe this time ill take my sweet-assed time with those hands, you know what? im going to ******* fix those handsessses.
