Hi and sorry for the late replies. The game is "done" in its current state, so no changes will be made to the graphics, gameplay etc. We will keep your suggestion in mind for a possible sequel :)
The engine is custom made built upon SDL and Qt 4.
If it is done, why haven't you set a release date?
I created this page here in preparation for a future release, and since it said "Normal members will not be able to view this profile." I figured it would not be visible to the public until we felt ready to set a release date for the game. The reason why we haven't done so yet, even though the game has been ready for a while, is because we were waiting for the soundtrack to be completed :)
whats the engine and where can i get it?
Just a small suggestion, for the "darkness" visually it should consume all the "life" out of the area it covers. Make it so anything covered by the black square has a "dark" version of the textures. So it looks grim and menacing.
