Not all gamers like the same kind of game, but we are trying to pack as many of the most enjoyable, traditional gameplay elements into this game. These will be options that will have to be enabled or disabled at the beginning of the game, and will remain this way through the duration of that instance of the game.

Some of these advanced features include:

  • A crafting system, which will allow the player to collect rare items from all over the map in order to create new and powerful items.
  • A technology tree based on an earned points/allocation system, which will allow the player to fine tune their city even further in the four categories of Armaments, Mechanization, Cultivation, and Ciphering.
  • Strategic combat. Some people really like this game-play element, while others REALLY don't like it, so we will make this game so you can give or take it. This will take place on a square, “star” grid, so it will technically allow 8 directions for moving and attacking. With it being based on squares, it will also allow multiple square sized combat units to be used.
  • Dungeon Crawling will be accessible if both the crafting and strategic combat features are enabled, which will allow players to...well, dungeon crawl. Caves and previously hidden encounters will now be revealed to allow you to engage random enemies that will drop loot. For the most adventurous players, there will also be an occasional boss battle for the win!
