Try opening the exe called "GameTest.exe" inside the bin folder. If you dont have a DX11 compatible card, you won't be able to run it

Then I missed the DX 11 part(is it written anywhere?)
What a luck I ordered a new graphiccard yesterday, so tomorrow I will be able to play this game ;)
