I believe there are comprehensive tutorials in Ace Combat reddit. I was personally tutored, so I don't have any tutoring material on me.

Update v.1.0.1 : Added separate pak files for every single skin. Replace Skin 1, 2, or 3.
UPDATE : DUE TO AN OFFICIAL TEXTURE UPDATE THAT CAME WITH DLC 4 : UNEXPECTED VISITOR, TYPHOON AND F-22A SKIN MODS MAY NOT WORK.
SIMPLY ADD "_P" WITHOUT QUOTES TO THE END OF THE FILE NAME TO FIX IT.
