The New Thread/Closed link is killing mod forums | Locked | |

Before posting my last thread at the suggestions I've actively searched for the form or the button to send a new post. For a few seconds I wondered if the forum was inactive. Why ? Because the New Thread doesn't look like a link but rather as a column header: This is even worse for non-registered users. What do they think when they see a mod forum ? I hope these issues will be fixed in the redesign. A registered user needs to see a link that looks like a link or a button or an empty form to post. A non-registered user should never see "Closed" in a forum they can't use. |

Hey Axonis you are 100% right, that is awful usability and i've fixed it now. I added 2 buttons saying "add" or "login" and I tried a few designs but couldn't make anything great. Welcome any more feedback like this where we can make it better. -- Scott Reismanis |
