The game only allows members to connect it with mods Thread

Hello! I want to add my mods to 2 games (Serious Sam: The Second Encounter and Serious Sam 2), but for some reason there is no such possibility, it shows error "The game only allows members to connect it with mods". It used to be possible before. Is there a way to fix this?

Hey there, other users have been able to post mods for those games on our sites before, so not sure why the settings are off to not allow users to post mods for them.
