[SYSTEM] Voodoo2 refresh rate's always at 72Hz. Thread

I have it set and locked to 60Hz in the control panel, but when I run off to play an OpenGL, Glide or Direct3D game up pop appears in 72Hz, which is jumbled on this 15" monitor.

I know the solution to this is a new monitor or video card, but seriously, is there a software based fix for this?

The voodoo2 I have is the original 3Dfx one from 1998, not sold to the public.

ah 3dfx, those were the good old days... doesnt work very well anymore though... its prob a driver issue, i think it can be fixed through the minitools that install with the card (if u can find them anymore)
