RE2 PC Issue Thread

I've been playing Claire A with the Rebirth patch and Before the Storm installed, every time I get to the Lab, I get the vaccine case, and use it on the computer in the same room, it takes it, but doesn't give me a prompt to pick up the Vaccine Base, the oddest part is you can clearly see the Vaccine Case on the computers Keyboard in game. Has anyone else ran into this? any solutions? Any help would be appreciated.
