honestly i prefer a psp over a dsi but bluntly i have both of them, the reason why i prefer psp more is because psp has more games that i prefer while the dsi has potential to hav better games, even with the upgraded hardware it still hasnt bothered, ninetodo last time i talked to them hasnt got any plans with it, there using a dodgy router security which im not using since its like opening my wireless to hackers

The PSP is fine really, Anyway I'm fairly sure this topic was started due to talk of the PSP Go! (Which I guess people thought was the PSP 2) but that would be kinda odd really when you think about it...How many hand helds do you know which Numbered makes? for instence look at the gameboy that went:Gameboy, Gameboy Colour, Gameboy Advance, Gameboy S something or other... then DSAnyway, I don't know of any Hand Held series to go in number but thats not the point of this topic, PSP's are good for what they are and frankly so is the DS! I mean some of the DS games beat psp games hands down! and are way more fun however thats just the way you play games on the DS, Also I own and love my PSP, I've had it for 3 years now and its still going strong. There will probebly never be a PSP '2' and even if there was, I'd not really care to much.. :P

There are some really good games that are on psp that should be on other things like reall consoles and pc.one of them for example is the monster hunter series.

A proper PSP2 would probably be a better idea than the PSPgo. Have to download all your games, and no way to bring your UMDs into your PSN account, meaning you have to rebuy all your games and can't buy second hand? No thanks.

I wasn't the biggest fan of it either. I thought it was neat on the PSP.
I've had a secret urge to get a PSP, but I get the feeling I won't get much use out of it because I'm not a heavy gamer. The last time I really got addicted to hand held gaming was the game-boy pocket with Pokemon blue.

Monster Hunter controls on the psp were way better than the one on ps2. Its just theyve released too many on the psp and it lets it downbecuase of indecent graphics.

In my opinion, the PSP should be more like the DSi with a UMD drive and space for downloading games...

They already do with Memory Sticks that you buy separately or get in a bundle. I'd rather buy my own at a good price and size than have Sony rip me off like they do with the Go.

yeah they screwed up with the GO
if they allowed to transfer your umd games to the go (so turn them into legal download) then there wouldn't be a problem. but the way they did now, fail :s
